Guy Saint-Pierre and Karate Kempo Oka will be a hosting new tournament, the "Championnat Provincial Competition Ouverte", in Oka (towards Montreal, ferry across the Ottawa River just before the bridge into Montreal island), on November 3.

Registration starts at 8:00 am, Saturday, November 3
$30 for 2 events, $15 for each additional event
$40 for Elite Fighting, $15 for each additional event
$5 for spectators
Black Belt meeting at 9:00 am
Competition starts at 9:30 am
Fighting:2 points for kicks to the head, 1 point for other techniques
Coloured Belts: 5 points or 2 minutes
Black Belts: 5 point difference or 2 minutes
Elite: 3 rounds of 2 minutes or 10 point difference
