2007 WKA World Championships - Final Results

The last 2 days were very exciting with many medals won by Pro-Stylers. Today was the last day of the finals with Alison, Jordan, and Selina competing.

On Friday:

• Alison started the day with a silver in pointfighting - she lost her match 25-24 in an exciting fight that went into sudden death overtime
• Imran and Alexa Littleton won gold with their open team bo form
• At the night show, Imran and James won the gold with their team bo form which brought down the house at the televised professional kickboxing tournament - the overcame the judging bias in the preliminaries where 2 German judges put them behind the German team whose performance would have put them in last place in everyone else´s opinion
• Later, James won gold with the mens pointfighting team

On Saturday:

• Alison defeated her archnemisis Mary-Kate Garrity in kata to win gold
• Later, Alison defeated Lily (Studio Unis) to take gold in weapons
• Jordan battled a tough opponent to win gold in continuous
• Selina won silver with the junior girls pointfighting team (the girls lost a close one to Team Italy).
