We had a big turnout at last weekend's International Cobra tournament in Deux-Montagnes, hosted by Sunfuki. It was nice to see new faces (Larissa, Danilo, Matt, and Peter) make this road trip.Not only did the "3 Amigos" score some nice gansta Sunfuki caps, Team Pizzazz took home a lot of hardware with Dirk and Imran making it into the Grands night-time show. This was a great end to the day for them, considering they almost didn't make it due to car trouble.
Imran went on that night to win BOTH the musical weapons and kata grands. I'm assuming Dirk and Aditya had to stuff Imran's head into the car afterwards.
Speaking of stuffing body parts into the wrong places, Ian had an exciting adventure on Friday night - fortunately, there was no permanent damage (I'll let all of you ask his dad Jim for the details ;^)
Other highlights include Selina's continued domination in sparring - she's undefeated in the last 4 tournaments.
